If you entered your week 2 poll before 10am eastern time on Sunday, Septebmer 13, you poll went to modify your week 1 poll due to an error on the site. Please send me your week 1 poll and I will restore it. If you enter your poll now, it will now go correctly to week 2.

Sorry for the hassle and error.

I concur that the poll goes to week 2 at this time. I didn't see any indication of the poll week within the voting booth. Could this be added to avoid some of this if it happens again?

My week 1 poll was:

1 Texas
2 Florida
3 Utah
4 Southern Cal
5 Alabama
6 Boise St
7 Penn State
8 TCU
9 Texas Tech
10 Ohio State
11 Oklahoma St
12 Cincinnati
13 Missouri
14 Mississippi
15 Nebraska
16 Oregon St
17 Pittsburgh
18 Brigham Young
19 Oklahoma
20 Georgia
21 Georgia Tech
22 California
23 Virginia Tech
24 Michigan St
25 Miami FL

I thought I had restored my week 1 poll after seeing the aforementioned error, but I believe I missed a few teams. I suppose that's what I get for staying up beyond the last late game and finishing my poll early.

To that end, I am having issues with the NEW and AWESOME voting booth. Either my computer is not displaying the booth correctly or there is a misalignment of the x icons and the drag/drop. The result is that it usually takes multiple tries to place a team into the desired position. I'm not complaining, just reporting.

I've discovered 6 Official Pollsters that appear to be caught by this problem:

astrosgp
BCSKnowHow
ru4granted
rolltide32
Geebs3906
stevenra

I manually moved your poll from week 1 to week 2. I will add back your week 1 poll when I get them (like ru4granted above) if you wish to have it and have a record of your own poll.

There is a site problem that is causing this and I have the web hosting company looking into it and trying to solve it. Typically, in the past, there is no need to see or know what week you are voting for, but I agree that I should add it to help have a chance of users seeing a problem and therefore not voting as a catch-all. Something like: "Ballot for week X:" will display in the voting booth. I just put this in.

If you are using IE or Firefox, you need to upgrade. In Google Chrome, this problem exists, but I'm not aware of any pollsters using this browser (from the site statistics I get). This error has been fixed by both IE and Firefox if you upgrade to the latest version. Another user reported this error and upgrading it solved it for them as well. If you cannot upgrade, then you just need to use the red X above the line you wish to remove.

If anyone is using Chrome, please let me know and I'll get a fix in for you then.

I use Chrome, but will still pull up Firefox for sites that are not compatible with Chrome.

I also noticed I now have two identical polls for Week 2, it looks like both are being counted.

My Week 1 poll was:

Florida

Ole Miss
BYU
Alabama
Georgia Tech
USC
LSU
Oklahoma State
Miami
Notre Dame
Penn State
Nebraska
Clemson
Boise State
Auburn
California
TCU
Ohio State
UNC
Cincinnati
USF
Mizzou
S Carolina
Baylor

Thanks, MECU. Took me a while to get the hang of it, in part, because it was my first time, in part, because I had to reset it, so the ad didn't obstruct my view. But, other than that, went smooth.

Submitting your poll here doesn't help. You need to go to the voting booth and enter your poll there.
